I said “yes” to recommending the service center because my car is in warranty, so no other choice right now. But I should NOT have to wait 2 hours (!) for an oil change when I scheduled an appointment. Not my car is in warranty, so no other choice right now. No fluid inspection, no tire pressure check (and they need air so that how I know), no quick drive thru car wash…nothing. Pretty disappointing service when I compare how I was treated with my last 3 cars that were not Chevy. More
