I’ve needed a new washer fluid reservoir since my last oil change about 3 months ago. I was told it was ordered and would receive a call when it came in. 10 wks. later I received a call that it came in an oil change about 3 months ago. I was told it was ordered and would receive a call when it came in. 10 wks. later I received a call that it came in and we set an appointment for that Friday. When I arrived I was told no one was available to put it on, that the person I talked to was not there, but if would leave it, someone may get to it. I left the truck there and received a call that afternoon to come pick it up, that no one was able to get to it, and also, for some reason, the part wasn’t even there!!! So I was told that he reordered the part and would give me a call when it came in to schedule a time to come back in… I haven’t heard anything and and that was 2 wks. ago. Not very trustworthy. More
