We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Justin Craig at Heritage Honda of Bel Air! From the moment we pulled into the dealership, Justin came right over, introduced himself, and made us feel welcome. He was extremely friendly and helpful without being pushy or overbearing—which we really appreciated!
We told him what we were looking for, and he took the time to show us the options they had available. He even went the extra mile and showed us a 2025 Honda Pilot Elite AWD that had JUST come out of inspection—a top-of-the-line SUV that I honestly hadn't even considered or looked at before!
We took it for a test drive, and I immediately knew this was going to be our SUV! ❤️ We drove away with our beautiful 2025 Honda Pilot Elite AWD, and we couldn't be happier!
Justin was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable from beginning to end.
I would 20/10 recommend Justin Craig to anyone looking for a vehicle! If you're heading to Heritage Honda of Bel Air, do yourself a favor and ask for Justin! Whether you know exactly what you want or need some help finding the perfect vehicle, he's your guy!
Thank you, Justin, for helping us find an SUV we absolutely LOVE! 🚙❤️🙌
