I purchased a car (brand new 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid) on my birthday. Justin, the salesperson was the best. He was very knowledgeable and open. He was the best thing that happened to me there. He talked a great talk, and never went into details about what I was signing. I purchased my car on April 5th, it's May 28th and they still haven't sent me my tag. My temp tag expired on May 20th. The tag office stated my paperwork isn't complete. But the worst part is no one will answer or respond back to me. If I had to do all over, I wouldn't go there. Jim Ellis would've been my opinion. More
