Bought a vehicle from them in March, went home at night. The next day driving to and from work I was feeling carsick driving. I immediately went in to get it checked. Talked to everyone up to the GM. The RX350L has a tinted windshield that was making me sick after multiple trips the GM did try to put me in another one same windshield also same result. I tried getting into a smaller RX350 with Pinkerton glass. Even though it stressed it was a safety issue I was denied, they would not “unwind” the deal and I was left with no option by the dealer but to trade in a brand new car. I submitted a complaint through the BBB per the contract and they presented either unresearched or untruthful information to the BBB. I’m currently looking at other legal means to address my issue as they didn’t even abide by the one we signed when I bought the car. More
