I would like to rate my Sales person however he is not on the list, Ron Banks. He gets 5+ stars in my book, as he is best car salesperson I have ever had! I would highly recommend him. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and listened to my needs and concerns. His follow up was terrific as well. The experience with the finance department was not the same. The percentage rate I was offered was not competitive until I let them know I could get a lower rate on my own. Magically they beat that rate. And I didn't purchase an extended warranty based on the amount of time I keep vehicles and one of the reasons I bought a Lexus is because of the reliability. I am knowledgeable and a sales person myself and understand up selling but also don't appreciate the attitude I received after declining the warranty extension. Overall my experience at Lexus of Orland was great and excited about owning a Lexus. Go see Ron if you visit Lexus of Orland! More
