Was able to make a appointment that suited my schedule, and from check in was kept informed of what was happening with my vehicle. Even though I did not have an appointment due to my engine light coming on and car rattling, I drove to the dealer. It was my first time there, and they were very busy, but even still, they took care engine light coming on and car rattling, I drove to the dealer.
