While weighting my options the following day, I received 4 back to back phone calls while out at dinner. After stepping out and finally being able to answer on the 4th call, I was met with nothing but rudeness. My Sales person, June Li, accused me of wasting her time. While explaining to her that I have to weight all my options, I was hung up on mid-sentence. I have had better service at a hotdog stand, never mind a “luxury” BMW dealership.
