I had a 2010 MDX with 180000 miles on it; I kept asking myself why wouldn't I just get another one. The MDX had been the most reliable vehicle I had ever owned but wanted to see what else was out there. Bo myself why wouldn't I just get another one. The MDX had been the most reliable vehicle I had ever owned but wanted to see what else was out there. Both Bryce and Julius were patient with me as I looked at new and used RDXs and MDXs compared them to other SUVs on the market. In the end I upgraded my 2010 MDX with a 2017 MDX which was in immaculate condition and far less miles. I could not be happier with my new to me MDX! Thanks for making my buying experience the best one could ask for! More

My husband and I bought a mini van and as soon as I stepped into the vehicle to take it for a test drive, I noticed a horrible smell and how dirty it was. I was reassured multiple times that it had been cleaned and they said they would shampoo it again. After we got it home we took a bucket of soapy water and washed all the seats, the dash, everything! The water was FILTHY and we had to refill the bucket with clean water 4x!! The smell was still there. It smelled like sour milk so we ripped up the carpet. We could still smell it and when we ripped up the carpet some of the padding stuck to the carpet. We smelled the padding and it was horrible!!!! We had to replace all of the padding and the carpet in the entire van! THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB CLEANING IT!! More

Terrific deal, but uncomfortable experience I am very satisfied with the purchase, but I doubt that I'd purchase another vehicle from this dealership. I located the vehicle I purchased via a nat I am very satisfied with the purchase, but I doubt that I'd purchase another vehicle from this dealership. I located the vehicle I purchased via a national internet locator service. I was met at the dealership by salesman, Julius Bwabye, with whom I had an appointment. The vehicle was waiting for me to take a test drive. Mr. Bwabye was very courteous and professional. He was very clear that the vehicle was "Certified" with all the accompanying warranties of a certified pre-owned vehicle. We agreed on a price, as I noted that this was a cash, not financed, purchase. I was then moved to the "closer" who attempted to sell several additional services and warranties. I declined and said the conditions of this being a "Certified" vehicle should be enough of a warranty. He replied that it wasn't a certified vehicle. I said that it was advertised as such and had been assured by Mr. Bwabye that it is certified. At that point, he literally jumped out of his chair and charged to the sales floor. In the office, I could clearly hear him shouting at Mr. Bwabye that he should have been told that the vehicle was "Certified"; that now he had to redo his paperwork. Perhaps, there was a missed communication, Mistakes happen. To me, and to my daughter who accompanied me, this was so unprofessional, really quite unconscionable behavior that I considered walking away with the deal on the table, unconsummated. I actually said to my daughter, "If that's how this place operates, I'll take my business elsewhere. Her response was, "It's a nice car; the price is right; and it's the salesman who ultimately loses." It was Saturday, May 2nd, and the institutions with whom I bank were already closed. I explained to the "closer" that I needed to move funds from one bank to another to cover the check for the vehicle. I could complete the sale on the following Tuesday after I did a bank to bank transfer of funds on Monday. He said emphatically, "Write the check with today's date and I will make certain that it's not deposited in our bank until next Tuesday. Take the car today." I have no idea when my check was deposited in White Bear Subaru's account, but on Monday afternoon, I was informed by my bank that my checking account was overdrawn and had incurred a fee of 1.2% of the overdrawn amount. Obviously, my check for the vehicle was not held until Tuesday's deposits. This experience, dealing with White Bear Subaru is not one I'd ever want to repeat! More

Luther White Bear Acura sold me a used 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport with cigarette smoke damage. A quality dealership won't accept a trade-in that has been smoked in. Won't sell it as a "clean" car, without disclaimer or discount. My used car had been heavily smoked in. If you are concerned about previous ownership, GET IT IN WRITING. I bought my car June 2019 and it still smells like cigarettes. They managed to conceal that by detailing it twice before I bought it. After I took it back, the first attempt to fix failed. This is a health issue for me. It has been a struggle. Even the owners manual reeked of cigarettes when I opened it. I haven't gone back after second effort to deodorize my car wore off. I am disgusted. I paid $15,000 for a damaged vehicle. They should give me a partial or complete refund. It's a beautiful car, but I don't want to keep it. Everyone with leasing and used car sales experience says cigarette odor NEVER comes out. Finance guy was rude. I felt bullied. More
