We were particularly very happy with the sales manager, Julio Cartagena, who was very coordial and provided the necessary information to help us make an informed decision about the brand and model of the car. There was no pressure on what to buy or to buy/finance/lease etc. This made us feel very comfortable with the decision as it was ours and not influenced upon. Our experience post purchase continues to be good. The car is excellant and the sales manager, Julio, follows up to see if all is well. I gladly recommend the dealership and the sales manager to anyone else looking to purchase a new Honda. More

I really went to the dealership to get an estimate on my used car, and actually purchased and took home a New Honda Accord that evening. I never thought it would happen so fast. It was so unexpected, and not like me. This is a plus for both the dealership, and their personnel. Julio, the sales representative was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and had a great personality. He explained all facts about the Honda and took me for a terrific test drive. while in the test car, he pointed out all information about the car and how to use it. He dealt with his manager for me. He also told me I may contact him for any reason concerning my new Honda. I also enjoyed my interaction with Victor and Sandro, who both helped with my purchase. I was interested in jumping into a new vehicle and after filling out a form on Cars.com I recieved my first call from Karina at Garden State Honda. I set an appt and after that my phone was ringing from 3 other dealerships. Met with Julio at the dealership and he treated me with the up most respect. He was never pushy which is why I hate going to dealers and the experience from beginning to end was great. No pressure at all. The price I got was better than I expected which Eric the sales manager helped out with and I got into my new Honda Accord Sport. It took less than 4 hrs which was a relief because it can be a very long process sometimes. I would highly recommend Julio and if I decide to get another Honda he will be the person I deal with. More
