When it came time to turn in our lease and get a new car, we reached out to Garden State Honda and spoke with Julio Cartagena at length about what we were looking for. The easy way about him, his attention to detail and friendliness made us feel comfortable with working with him and his team. He is a manger, so he set us up with one of his sales team members, Andre Guerrier, who calmly walked us through the leasing process, casually chatted, explained things, and made us laugh. There was no rushing, there were no sneaky hidden costs that surprised us after, just a nice transparency most of us are unaccustomed to in the car shopping process. Our finance experience was another pleasant, efficient, and clear experience, with Bishoy Fathalla taking care to explain and not push throughout the meeting. It's rare you suddenly want to shake hands and thank finance, but we did! The attentiveness of the staff at GSH is unmatched, in our experience, and any question as to where we would go to buy or lease a new car is answered. Right after warm greetings Jerry wasted no time gettimg down to business. I told him what I needed then what I wanted and what my budget was and he got right to work. Jerry’s knowledge made the negotiation process so easy that we literally had a deal in about 35 minutes after a test drive and I promise I’m a very tough customer. Jerry also made the whole experience feel like you were talking to a family member the entire time. He was always doing something to speed along the process all while making my wife and I feel like the only customers there. We couldn’t be happier with our car or our experience. More
