Frank Gavin from Marino was great from my first visit. In my opinion Frank went above and beyond by talking me through my options and making sure I got exactly the vehicle and features I wanted. I had multiple visits to Marino to talk to Frank and he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable every time. The other staff I dealt with at Marino were all top notch as well. By far the best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had !!! More

Everything from negotiating the new vehicle price, to the value they gave me for my trade-in as well as the delivery and explaining all the operations of my new Jeep were handled professionally and completely. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Tim Geller, Mel Hanna one of the sales managers and Patrick who assists Kenny and they were a complete pleasure to work with as well And I can’t speak highly enough of the owner Tony Marino. That is one upstanding guy! All in all I had a really nice experience with Marino Jeep and would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a new car. More

I have the Jeep I wanted, thanks to Dan We stopped in at Marino without an appointment to look at a new Grand Cherokee SRT. That's where we met Dan. Dan was great. He made time for us and We stopped in at Marino without an appointment to look at a new Grand Cherokee SRT. That's where we met Dan. Dan was great. He made time for us and showed us the vehicles they had. He didn't try to pressure us into anything and was very straightforward. Marino didn't have the color combination that we wanted, so Dan said he'd try to find a vehicle matching what we wanted...even if it meant doing a dealer trade with another dealer. Dan had to deal with handful of other non-committal dealers for over a week, but ultimately came through with getting us the Jeep we asked for. He even picked it up from MI and drove it back to Chicago himself...over 250 miles one way. Can't thank Dan enough and Marino was a great place to do business with in general. Marino has our recommendation. More
