Avery and Julian lied to me over and over again and I came in with an offer from online and they gave me a price 7k above that offer. I was chased out of dealership by them and they were incredibly rude came in with an offer from online and they gave me a price 7k above that offer. I was promised there were two specific vehicles I could see on the phone and when I came there neither was available. More

I was able to check-in just fine. But the price was higher than online when I made my appointment. Price was adjusted to match the quoted price. When it came time pick up the car, I was giving a lot of run around after calling in advance to pick up my vehicle after service closed. I was told that I was not able to pick up my vehicle even with my receipt. It was very inconvenient and unnecessary. Highly upset with the lack of service at this location. The sales reps were more interested in their clients trying to purchase newer vehicles than mine. More

I was flat out lied to multiple times and then personally insulted by Mr. Perez which was simply unacceptable. Mr. Perez as manager of this dealership deliberately tried to conceal the milage on a new Tiguan insulted by Mr. Perez which was simply unacceptable. Mr. Perez as manager of this dealership deliberately tried to conceal the milage on a new Tiguan as having seven (7) miles when it really had over 10,000 miles. Then tried to tell me it was "not used”, it was a corporate vehicle bought back by VW to sell as new. An asinine explanation as I was told by the sales rep that the car qualified as “certified” meaning pre-owned… i.e. used. Further insulting was when I asked what they would sell this 10,000 mile “new” vehicle for… I was to the price would be the same as the same vehicle parked next to at with less than ten (10) miles on it. Now everyone knows a vehicle depreciates the second it leaves the dealership so caught in a lie - this man decided to laughably hold his ground rather than negotiate. I would advise anyone wishing to business with the dealership to avoid doing business with Mr Perez as he has proven to be dishonest and rude. More

BUYER BEWARE! We had done our research and knew which CPO vehicle worked best for needs. We coordinated with the dealership a week in advance and then confirmed our precise arrival time 90 minutes before our appointment. When we arrived, the vehicle was not onsite for a test drive and we waited nearly 45 minutes. Our sales rep (Avery G.) was enthusiastic and helpful --- I sensed she was advocating for us. When it came time to negotiate the deal, the manager (Julian P.) stopped by to tell us how much we'd love the vehicle and indicated that we were getting "a great deal". To be honest, it felt a lot like the actions you'd see in a TV show or movie about the worst qualities of a used car salesman. There was something 'slimey' about the interactions with Julian and it was unnecessarily time consuming and frustrating (and reiterated multiple times that we were ready to make a purchase immediately but we simply wanted to feel like both sides were getting a good deal... he seemed most concerned with maximizing his profits without regard for my needs). Worst of all, the dealer did not disclose on the website that there would be a CPO "fee" associated with the purchase price --- so the price listed on the website, which is the reason we came into the dealership, was not really the advertised price. There's no fine print or other mentions about this on the dealer's website, and we were not familiar with this fee after speaking with several other dealerships. These deceptive sales tactics were immediately off-putting and soured the experience. We were able to work through things to reach a decently fair price, but I would encourage anyone who considers purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to be aware of their unscrupulous tactics (with regards to website pricing and in-person negotiations).
