Had appointment for oil service. Service answered questions and said service would be about an hour. After 1 hour and 45 min I walked out to service and asked if there was a problem. Service looked u questions and said service would be about an hour. After 1 hour and 45 min I walked out to service and asked if there was a problem. Service looked up my vehicle went to another service desk went through some paperwork, found mine and entered some things into the computer and told me it was done and waiting for me outside. Handed me paper work and I left. Don’t know why it took almost 2 hours. More

Terrible experience at this dealership.I had to return the next day to get the issue done.
