Garrett Oxnaes at Elk Grove Mazda contacted us Saturday afternoon. We negotiated the deal over the phone and took delivery that same evening. There were no unwelcome surprises or pressure; only the kind of professionalism and customer care that you just don't see as much as you really want to these days. We purchased our last two Mazdas at AutoNation Mazda before they pulled out of the Roseville Auto Mall a few months ago. We were VERY exited to hear from Garrett that Elk Grove Mazda will be setting up shop there shortly. That's a nice bonus considering we feel like we've begun a relationship with a dealer, and a salesman, that cares not only about the immediate sale but also everything that comes after.
