Employee who works at the services department are just not polite and always have an attitude whenever I ask a question.. I had to bring my car back in more than 3 times for the same issue. I always expla not polite and always have an attitude whenever I ask a question.. I had to bring my car back in more than 3 times for the same issue. I always explain that they won’t feel vibration on the steering wheel due to the fact they do not drive the car every day like I do. Another common issue was the AC Motor first time they clean it and the second time they replace the motor and bringing it back the third time for the same issue. After further review, I believe my team has done everything in their power to make you a happy customers at both locations and on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, this is only resulted in you putting significant time and effort in the posting of multiple negative reviews about my businesses under different names/aliases. My management teams at both locations have expressed their desire to no longer service you as a customer at this time. We wish you the best of luck with whatever dealership you choose to do business with in the future. Regrettably you are no longer welcome as a customer in either Sport Mazda location.
