We have purchased cars at Williamson Cadillac. The last one a 2018 with 36,000 moles. Since October it has been in the shop 3-4 times for various repairs. Not happy and disappointed with the performance an one a 2018 with 36,000 moles. Since October it has been in the shop 3-4 times for various repairs. Not happy and disappointed with the performance and noise coming from the motor. Sounds like it’s forcing itself. Will be taking it in again. Sometimes the transmission slips. The service department staff, Skip and Juan are very friendly and accommodating. More

I am always left amazed every time I visit Williamson Cadillac/GMC service department. They always are cordial and take care of every need. Even when my car barely makes it up there driveway.
