Service employees charged me more for wipers even though they were on sale. Waited a long time before a service rep came to speak to me when I pulled in. I was just ignored. Will not be coming back. After being a loyal customer for almost 9 years, I felt I was being ripped off in several and different ways. Also, there is no flexibility whatsoever despite my valid personal reasons. According to Westboro Toyota, it’s my way or the highway. It’s not about Juan Rodriguez, it’s about the whole system. I called the manager and left a message to express my frustration, but haven’t heard back. I’m not sure if I should go to this place again. I can go to a place that I can trust better and closer in distance. More
