I recently purchased a new vehicle 3 month ago from this dealership, and unfortunately I am not satisfied with my purchase. The vehicle has had issues after purchase and I feel that my concerns have not bee dealership, and unfortunately I am not satisfied with my purchase. I hope that the dealership will work with me to resolve these problems and improve the experience for future customers. More

So disappointing. After purchasing an untold number of vehicles from the Coverts across almost all of their dealerships and brands, often with nothing more than a few After purchasing an untold number of vehicles from the Coverts across almost all of their dealerships and brands, often with nothing more than a few phone calls, I recommended Covert Buick GMC to my daughter when she wanted to purchase an Acadia. She contacted the dealership and negotiated with the salesman. After a bit of back and forth, they agreed on a price that satisfied both. Because the dealership was closing for the evening, the salesman texted her a copy of the purchase order and they made arrangements to pick up the new vehicle the next morning. That next morning the salesman called and notified her that they had changed their mind on the price of her trade-in, and wanted her to pay an additional $2,000. So much for the Covert family difference. Honor and integrity mean nothing here anymore, and I for one, will never purchase another vehicle from any of the Covert stores. Shame on you Covert Buick GMC. More
