Went in for a TDI, went out with 2019 Jetta R-line I was working with Miguel to show me some TDIs on the lot and he was extremely helpful! We drove a TDI, liked it, but Mike mentioned the new Jetta car I was working with Miguel to show me some TDIs on the lot and he was extremely helpful! We drove a TDI, liked it, but Mike mentioned the new Jetta car since I was looking for fuel economy and reliability. He mentioned that the new Jetta gets great gas mileage and comes with all of the new tech that I needed for my job. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew his stuff. He is a fellow VW owner whom used his knowledge to explain the car to me and I was instantly hooked. He was not pushy as all, soft spoken, and the perfect t salesman for me. I couldn’t find anything in Indiana, so I took the trip to find my new car. I ended up going to the wrong Autobarn. Miguel of Countryside Autobarn drove me to their other location in Mt. Prospect and I drove back with my new car. I found the car I wanted and left with the car within a few hours. Amazing car buying experience!! He walked us through if it's a need or a want on most of them and realistically helped us choose what would work best for our needs. Didn't pressure us once we chose the lower trim. Most places would get upset that we wanted a higher priced vehicle and settled for a lower priced one. Fixed an issue after returning the next day with no questions asked. Stop in and ask for Jay!!! More
