Bpgraham, We understand your frustration regarding the vehicle you were interested in. We want to clarify that the vehicle was an active loaner, still in service, at the time of your inquiry. Jovonte contacted you via phone and email to explain this and requested you schedule an appointment so we could remove the vehicle from the loaner program for your review. The initial worksheet showed 1 mile due to the vehicle being in loaner service and having inaccurate mileage at the time. We regret the misunderstanding and that you felt we were attempting to sell you a used vehicle. We apologize for any rudeness you perceived.
