Not the best experience. My car was at the dealer for 3 days. I dropped off the car with road side assistance and one of the guys in the red shirt is yelling at me and the dr My car was at the dealer for 3 days. I dropped off the car with road side assistance and one of the guys in the red shirt is yelling at me and the driver about where to drop off the car. I asked about getting a loaner car but there were 8 people on wait for one. I asked again on Friday and I got the same excuse. I get my car back on Saturday and it’s still dirty. I would have thought it would be washed and cleaned. I noticed there are some scratches on my steering wheel. Nothing massively big. But still noticeable. Mechanics seem careless being inside someone’s car that you end up scratching it. Every time I go to this dealership it’s a mess. There is truly no sense of customer service. Just trying to get the job done. More

Bought my car from Hyundai in 2022 and every time I carry it for service it’s always been a hassle. The service is terrible. I had to wait 8 MONTHS for a small part for my vehicle. If I make an appointment to drop off my car , I always have to wait an hour or more for them to take it in. More
