Customer Service Beyond Measure I was in the market for a used pick up truck to replace my aging, high mileage 2004 Jeep Liberty Limited. I had a very limited financial (budget) to I was in the market for a used pick up truck to replace my aging, high mileage 2004 Jeep Liberty Limited. I had a very limited financial (budget) to work within and was looking for the newest used mid-sized 4-wheel drive pickup, with the lowest miles that I could obtain. Joshua took the time to listen to my exact needs and was very communicative throughout the process. He found two different Nissan Frontiers that were traded into Forrester's and that he felt would meet my needs - unfortunately, the first one was too small (king cab) and the 2nd was more than I could afford and did not afford me the headroom I was looking for. I shared this with Joshua and informed him that I was changing my mind and was now in the market for a full sized 4-wheel drive pickup that was as new as possible with as few miles on as possible. Joshua immediately set out and located two in the inventory that were close to what I wanted. In the meantime, another dealership had one that closer matched my needs so I went elsewhere. Even though I did not end up buying from Joshua this time, he WILL be my first stop the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle because I have never worked with someone who was attentive to my needs and worked tirelessly and communicated frequently! Bottom line - if you want to be treated right and want to work with one of THE best in the business, then Joshua IS THE MAN! More

He showed me a variety of options and most importantly, he was extremely knowledgeable about each truck I looked at. He never pressured me, told me to take my time and get the truck I wanted. No pressure, good deal My wife and I were searching for two months trying to find the best deal we could. We set out a budget and stuck to it. After long thoughtful consider My wife and I were searching for two months trying to find the best deal we could. We set out a budget and stuck to it. After long thoughtful consideration we had decided to buy from a dealer and not individual, as dealers are held to a standard. I googled the top-rated dealership within 100 miles of me (Camp Hill) and the one dealership that had the highest ratings was Forrester Lincoln (FL) with a 4.9 stars. I researched up one side and down the other about FL reading every review we could. After reading all the reviews from every site that we could find, we searched through FL’s inventory and found an older Lincoln LS that was well below our budget price. Joshua was in contact with me within an hour and had answered every question he could. I noticed a small tear on the seat back and asked for a better picture. Joshua texted me a picture of the seat back and it turned out to be significant. He stated that he was going to talk to his manager about the tear and he would get back to me. I continued looking elsewhere for another car. About four days later I received a call that FL fixed the seat back and that the car was clean and ready for a test drive. My wife and I drove about an hour to get to FL, we test drove the Lincoln and were ready to buy. While on the lot we notice a couple newer Lincolns that were much newer and a little out of our price range. Joshua presented my family with a professional no pressure attitude and stayed late to find us the best possible deal on monthly payments. We purchased the car that night and picked it up two days later. When I say, this car was clean I mean immaculate, they took some time making my new car feel like a brand-new car. I have waited about 3 weeks to provide my review because I wanted to be as detail oriented as possible. I have taken the car on a 500+ mile round trip to Pittsburgh, not one time on the trip did I feel even slightly concerned that the vehicle would not make it. Joshua called us ironically, during that trip to see how we were liking the Lincoln. I can say with 100% confidence; my family will not buy another car in Pennsylvania unless that vehicle comes from Forrester Lincoln. We were treated more like friends than a sale, Joshua is by far, the best sales person I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Thank you to the folks at Forrester Lincoln for giving us such a wonderful car buying experience. More
