My family and I were traveling back to Virginia when we had a roadside emergency. We were able to set an appointment same day and were in and out in an hour. All the staff was very helpful and explained ev had a roadside emergency. We were able to set an appointment same day and were in and out in an hour. All the staff was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. I wish I lived closer because this would be my home Kia! More

Ashley and Josh were so helpful! They impressed me as bright young people, eager to do the right thing and respond to the customer's needs, but not having a cooperative environment They impressed me as bright young people, eager to do the right thing and respond to the customer's needs, but not having a cooperative environment to work in. My account was lost, wrong parts ordered; too many days and multiple trips, some hours long, were required to get the repair completed. Both Ashley and Josh kept calm and focused and were as accommodating as possible right up through the whole process. More
