I would like to take a minute to share my Driver’s Select experience with you. WOW, is what comes to mind. I’ve never been more impressed with a car dealership until now. I worked with Josh Lopez who was nothing less than phenomenal. He provided impeccable customer service and made my car buying experience a seamlessly easy process. He was very personable and it was clearly evident that he knew his business. He explained the process in great detail. He took the time to listen to my circumstance and fully understand my need for a new car. He provided me with reasonable expectations and I was very satisfied and pleased that he was able to provide me with good news within an hour (I know it sounds unimaginable, but very true). I have never been more pleased to hear such good news in such a short period of time. If there is anyone in need of a vehicle, I highly recommend this dealership and Josh specifically as I’m a witness that the process is unbelievable simple and the ease to work with Josh made my car buying experience one that will never be forgotten. I explained, the budget me and hubby was willing to pay out each month on a car, and what type of down payment I had to put down. Joshua, said he will call me back within hour, and promise was kept. Joshua listen to me and call me back in a short time as promise. I explained what kind of car we were looking for, and within the hour my dream came true. Joshua, had taken care of everthing. I just needed to come and see the vehicle and sign paper work and get our keys to our new vehicle. Joshua did a outstanding job, and kept his word and he was very honest about everything. I really like this guy. I recommend Joshua Lopez he is AWESOME !!! and very honest. We need more guys like this one, good customer service., outgoing person, very kind and trueful. I could not be any happier. Both Josh and Mike were extremely professional. Josh told the truth. What more could a client ask for? Add to that, Josh listened. WOW!!! Then Josh never used the old extremely professional. Josh told the truth. What more could a client ask for? Add to that, Josh listened. WOW!!! Then Josh never used the old "I'm working for you" or "Let me see what manager can do." lines. I was tough for I changed cars and picked out one that just cam in and needed a couple of days to get ready. He did not act like this was the first car he ever sold, nor his last. Mike was what I would want in a F&I person. he introduced himself, asked a few good questions about my history, and then went to work. He did what he said he would do and was successful. Again, I repeat I was not the easiest customer on the showroom floor or in F&I. These two professionals did a great job and made me a customer of Driversselect forever. Thank you. More

Our experience with Drivers Select from start to finish was great! Joshua contacted us this morning after we initially did the online application the night before.
