I had such a positive experience at the Trent Dealership. I went in to view a 2021 Chevy Trax I saw on CarFax without an appointment, and Jarette greeted me and gave me a viewing of the car. He was very personable, thorough, and knowledgeable as he talked me through the features of the car and how the car-buying process goes down. Nobody was pushy or intense whatsoever, which was a nice change from my previous car-buying experience! Most importantly, Jarette was transparent and honest, and showed genuine interest in making sure I had a pleasant car-buying experience. Joshua in finance was also very pleasant and transparent, and he wasn't pushy at all when I turned down the warranties he offered. Both gentlemen were efficient and collectively made my experience smooth and stress-free. I drove an hour from Hubert to Trent Dealership and it was well worth it! More
