He streamlined everything for me as much as we could remotely and telephonically so that I could make my trip up to the dealership brief since traveling out of town. When I arrived, Elizabeth Conner was so friendly and helpful to all the questions I had and helped me set up my new vehicle to settings I was not familiar with. She helped streamline the process for me and keep things as easy and quick as possible. Jarod came in on his day off just to say hello and make sure things were going ok which I thought was a nice touch. Tex did a great job with any questions I had in regards to the finance department. He was very friendly and upfront and I appreciated him using hand sanitizer during these crazy Coronavirus times. That being said, there were hand sanitizers made readily available everywhere throughout the dealership and as a nurse, I really appreciated that. I am so glad I made the jump from Honda to Jeep and have been more than happy with my Jeep Compass so far. I've been making excuses to go out and take for little rides and really am enjoying all of the features that I didn't previously have. I plan to stay with this dealership as long as I keep renewing leases/buying car because they just are all around wonderful to work with. More
