I purchased a used 2018 Jeep Wrangler and will say that I was really impressed with the price and service I received from O’Daniels. I live in Northern Michigan and was a little worried about investing time was really impressed with the price and service I received from O’Daniels. I live in Northern Michigan and was a little worried about investing time and money on possibly purchasing a used vehicle out of state. After talking with Jim Baldwin and asking a few questions about the vehicle’s condition, I decided to put a deposit down. I ended up renting a car to travel down to Fort Wayne and Jim was kind enough to pick me up at the car rental store and drive me to O’Daniels. Jim let me look the vehicle over by myself while he got the keys. We test drove the vehicle and I was impressed on the condition of the vehicle and everything that we discussed over the phone was exactly the way he said it was. After I was satisfied with the vehicle, he took me to the financing department. Most of the financing was done over the phone and I just had a few papers to sign and hand over my down payment check. The transaction was seamless and I was back on the road to Northern Michigan with my new (to me) Jeep. The total purchase experience was less than an hour and half, including test driving the vehicle. During, the whole experience I was never pressured to buy the vehicle or warranties. Surprisingly considering the traveling, this was one of the least stressful vehicle purchases I have ever made. More
