This was the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle! Albert was amazing along with all other staff! It was quick, easy and actually enjoyable. To start, Joe was awesome. Super friendly, did his job trying to sell me the vehicle, but no pressure, and was super communicative and helpful in negotiating the final purchase Super friendly, did his job trying to sell me the vehicle, but no pressure, and was super communicative and helpful in negotiating the final purchase price/trade-in. Josh was friendly, but made some kind of off-color remarks about whether or not I needed to involve my wife in the buying decision, which...just don't...I wasn't overtly offended, but It's not 1970 anymore, and that kind of talk just isn't necessary. The finance experience was fine overall, but I did have to wait for close to 30 mins to get into the finance room. I was waiting right next to the Finance team's desks, and it didn't seem like there was much else going on while I was waiting, (but they appeared to have plenty of time to chit chat amongst themselves) . I get it, but if you're gonna chit chat, maybe don't do it in line of sight of the customer. All in all a good car buying experience, and I'd buy from Alpine again. More
