Our friend made a Kia purchase in 2025, and referenced our names as a referral to them, so that we would receive a promised $100.00 cash referral promotion. In June 2026, my friend asked me about receipt of that promotional $100, which we had never received. I spoke with Brett on June 18th and explained my concern. He told me he would speak to the GM and get back to me. About 2 weeks later, I left a message for Brett to call me, but he didn't call. Today, I spoke with Mike, and explained my concerns, again I was told I would get a call back. I am disappointed with the Sales Team! Today (7/21/2026), I got a call from Josh White. He apologized for misplacing my original June inquiry into his work projects and he promised to mail me that $100 referral promotion check today. He also encouraged me to take advantage of an oil change service from their service department, which he would provide to me at no cost. He seemed anxious to make things right. I appreciated the phone call. More
