Had a very pleasant experience with everyone except the sales manager Josh. My wife and I have bought 8-10 used cars in our lives and understand it is somewhat conflicting by nature. We don't like that sales manager Josh. My wife and I have bought 8-10 used cars in our lives and understand it is somewhat conflicting by nature. We don't like that part but understand we and the dealership are in direct conflict over the price. But Josh was downright rude and dismissive. Our sales guy JT was awesome but after our experience with Josh, we would never go back to Keffer nor recommend anyone else go there. We did end up buying the car and we love it, but it was in spite of Josh, not because he contributed in any way. More
