The service center spent months trying to figure out that that we had an A/C hose that needed to be replaced. Hey let's throw parts at it! We had to have the A/C recharged numerous times. Which they said they did. Our usual mechanic figured it out overnight. Showed me the build up from the where the leak was. Two months later, still blowing cold. I don't know if it is incompetence or what? Left is feeling like we were taken advantage of.. We were seriously considering upgrading to a newer Hyundai, but feel sour about the service here in Mesquite. Good competent service brings customers back when they want to buy a new car. IF we do decide on a Hyundai, we will go somewhere other than Mesquite Clay Cooley. More
