Josh Reed

I had a great experience with John Reed and with the dealership overall. John Reed was excellent to work with. He handled everything quickly, answered all of my questions, and even helped with things dealership overall. John Reed was excellent to work with. He handled everything quickly, answered all of my questions, and even helped with things I did not initially think to ask about. Everything I needed was taken care of and resolved. He also respected all of my communication preferences, which I really appreciated. John is a great guy and truly a man of his word. I also want to thank Nick Gerling, who stepped in and helped while John had to step away for a bit. That was also very appreciated. As for the dealership itself, I had a very positive experience. No hidden fees, no pressure, and no pushing unnecessary extra insurance or products during the purchase process. The whole experience felt straightforward, calm, and stress-free. Overall, this was one of the smoothest car-buying experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend John Reed, Nick Gerling, and the dealership. More
