Joshua kept me informed every step of the way from my first visit To the dealership to actually picking up the car. I went in and discussed the vehicle that was due to come in in a few weeks. I was very interested, but he made me feel very comfortable and knowing that even though I had placed a deposit, The deposit could be refunded if I decided I did not want the car once I saw it and drove it. That really eased my mind! He also made sure I was able to do my credit application at home before I arrived at the dealership. Saved us a lot of time there. He also was very good with follow up afterward to make sure everything was going well. He called two days after I picked the car up to see if I had any further questions. More
