Staff are friendly and Josh was extremely helpful in purchasing a new vehicle. However, once the purchase was completed I feel like the dealership left me out to dry. I had complications with the vehicl purchasing a new vehicle. However, once the purchase was completed I feel like the dealership left me out to dry. I had complications with the vehicle when it reached 150 miles. I contacted the dealership and was told to make an appointment at the nearest dealership. The nearest dealership can’t get me in for three days. I am left without a vehicle until then. The dealership is aware of this but hasn’t offered any assistance with a temp vehicle. It has soured my feelings about them. More

Very dishonest. They added options that were not advertised and was told I could not remove them adding almost $2,000 to the price. Was charged $700 for a LoJack sys They added options that were not advertised and was told I could not remove them adding almost $2,000 to the price. Was charged $700 for a LoJack system that the salesperson told me was already on the Jeep and could not be removed. Only to find out after I had signed the contract that I had to return to have the system installed. I will be looking elsewhere for my next vehicle. Also they hid some body damage that did not appear until after I washed the vehicular. More
