My first experience at this dealership was not the best. The second experience was a day and night difference. I appreciated both gentleman I spoke to at the service desk and the effort taken to take care o The second experience was a day and night difference. I appreciated both gentleman I spoke to at the service desk and the effort taken to take care of the issue now instead of July - the next open date. The only thing that could have been done better was to let me know the part was $75 and labor for an hour and twenty minutes was $546. I don’t understand the cost even tho everything has gone up but seems rather high. Maybe this is overtime for being after 4:00? Not sure but it’s fixed and both gentlemen listened. More
