I actually hated the process of purchasing a new vehicle until Scott Trad in sales, JJ Klein in finance, and Bob Hill in sales proved to me that buying a car SHOULD be fun. I had done a ton of research before I went in and expected myself to be pretty numb to my emotions while filling out the paperwork. My experience was quite the opposite. JJ taught me a lot about the financial aspect and Scott made the buying process so easy that I was able to listen to my gut to make a decision of which I could not be more confident.
