The wife and I were looking for a specific color combination (exterior/interior) and specific features on our next ES 350. We were able to locate it, albeit out-of-state, at Lexus of Brookfield. We decided to make the 4hr drive (which turned out to be 5hrs with heavy traffic). We arrived a little stressed as we knew the dealership would be closing soon after we arrived. Even with the end of day drawing near, Isaac in sales made our car buying experience the most positive and pleasant we have ever had. He was transparent, easy to work with, and very responsive. JJ in finance was extremely helpful as well and took the time to explain everything prior to us signing any paperwork. Both Isaac and JJ were top notch and very professional - we appreciated them both and their willingness to not rush us out the door. We received a nice gift from Isaac at the end of our sale (flowers for my wife) which helped take the edge off a very stressful day. We will be looking up Isaac for our next purchase (GX) soon! More

We have a great experience at the Lexus of Brookfield. We saw the car on their website, it was beautiful, and I talked to the team first to Adem, and then to Isaac. They both are wonderful individuals- they saw the car on their website, it was beautiful, and I talked to the team first to Adem, and then to Isaac. They both are wonderful individuals- they treated us so well on the phone as well as in their dealer store. We had to drive all the way from Minnesota to get our new Lexus. We have received the best treatment. My wife loved the rose flowers they put in the cleaned and washed car. The tech guy - Lexus Wade was great he showed us every detail of features and showed us how to use them. Lexus of Brookfield is awesome! More
