Many times a dealership will say whatever they can to sell a vehicle and once you leave they don't follow through. Five Star Ford was the best car buying experience I have had, I have had many. They have a great location off 820 in NRH. Beautiful show room.(The showroom looks rich, that was a little intimidating. Don't worry about that go in and stay). The 1st person I met was Josh Ingram, he's great. He explained the process and said John will help you. That's John Hilsinger. John is very friendly, knowledgeable, and reachable. When the details were worked out, John said, meet Jack he will help you from here. That's Jack Geier. Jack is wonderful, knowledgeable, very detailed. The three J's -- Josh, John, and Jack gave me a great day at Five Star Ford! More

I test drove a couple vehicles to narrow down my choice, and Crystal Sanders was very informative on showing me everything I needed to know to make the best choice in the least amount of time with no pressure, offering me great incentives. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and nice to work with. Yes, I'd do it all over again. Easiest car buying experience I ever had. Thank you. More
