I have been a White River Toyota customer for quite a number of years now. I am always treated with courtesy and respect by every member of the team. I recently purchased my very first new car this past weekend from White River Toyota (after receiving poor customer service from another dealership) and originally my sales rep was David P. However he w weekend from White River Toyota (after receiving poor customer service from another dealership) and originally my sales rep was David P. However he was currently working with a customer when I showed up. David was so kind and showed us a few cars before he connected us with Josh so we didn't have to wait and he was great! Josh and White River Toyota were amazing. Exceeded expectations and found the Highlander that about a dozen other dealers down the east coast to DC could not. Also offered us an incredible deal on the expectations and found the Highlander that about a dozen other dealers down the east coast to DC could not.
