From the very beginning Kevin was an exceptional salesman. I called in to inquire about the car and he informed me that it was in service and would not be ready for viewing/driving for a few days. I let him know that I was also looking at an R8 and needed to make a decision shortly, and he was able to speed up the process and get the car ready to be seen and driven within a day or two. The test drive was a wonderful experience. I was expecting some resistance as I am younger and looking at an expensive sports car, but Kevin treated me like any other customer buying any other car. He led me on a good length test drive and allowed me to truly test the car, not just limited to what he deemed appropriate. The sales experience was just as good. I never felt pressured and the pricing/deal was transparent from the beginning. They also gave me a fair deal on my trade in. Josh in finance was also a pleasure to deal with. He was very thorough in explaining the benefits of the different options/packages available, but was never pushy and was completely understanding when I said I didn't want certain things. I have no experience with the service department as sadly they are located a bit far from me for my service needs, but judging by the rest of the dealership, I imagine I would be satisfied with their service department as well. More
