Great dealership! I just purchased a Certified Pre-Owned car and have great things to say about doing business with Continental. 2nd lease I purchased my first lease, 2012 TSX SE, in 2012 from Josh Bruhn and just traded it in for a 2015 TLX with the help from Tony Garcia, 2.5 years into t I purchased my first lease, 2012 TSX SE, in 2012 from Josh Bruhn and just traded it in for a 2015 TLX with the help from Tony Garcia, 2.5 years into the lease contract. I absolutely loved my TSX, but was a bit under on the lease and needed some help. I could not have asked for a better experience working with Josh Bruhn, Tony Garcia, and Jerry Burton. They were extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and willing to assist me anyway possible. They made the transition seamless and stress free, and I couldn't be more happier with my experience. I will always recommend Continental Acura for anyone interested in purchasing/leasing a new car to work directly with Josh, Tony, and Jerry! More

In all the years of buying new and used cars, I have never had an experience as pleasant as the one at Continental Acura, Naperville and dealing with Josh Bruhn. Talk about low pressure, take your time never had an experience as pleasant as the one at Continental Acura, Naperville and dealing with Josh Bruhn. Talk about low pressure, take your time, any questions, feel free to ask, we will do our best to accommodate you. It took us about 2 months to finally come to a decision as we were looking at both the 2013 and new 2014 MDXs and we wanted to wait to see the new 2014 before we made a decision. Josh could not have been more patient with us and kept us fully informed as he got information on the 2014. We finally did go with the 2013 and when we went to pick up the MDX Josh spent better than 2 hours with us going over the operation of the vehicle. Very low sales pressure, knew when to leave us alone to look at the vehicle and discuss the purchase, yet was always available to answer questions when we had them, absolutely none of the typical hard sell at many dealerships. We were able to feel relaxed and make an intelligent decision without any pressure. We would highly recommend this dealership and salesman Josh Bruhn!! More

I've been through the car buying experience enough times to know exactly what I don't want (hassling) and with recently purchasing a new vehicle from Continental, other dealerships should be ashamed o times to know exactly what I don't want (hassling) and with recently purchasing a new vehicle from Continental, other dealerships should be ashamed of how they conduct business. OK...I just purchased my "new" used RDX at Continental Acura and am LOVING my new car (bye bye van - though you served me well!) I started my search for a new vehicle six months ago at Continental and Josh Bruhn was great about showing me around the dealership; he was nice, honest, patient, informative and intuitive about what I might like and need. He kept in touch over the past six months but never hounded me, just let me figure it all out. Needless to say, after having an unfavorable experience in another dealership, in the ninth hour I found myself back at Continental Acura working with Josh, Jerry and Harry. Thank you guys (...and thank you Matt, you were helpful too)! I truly appreciate all your effort, your honesty, your willingness to help me and work with me. AND I can't wait for my free car washes!! I live in Colorado and found the Acura TL we were looking for at this dealership. I engaged the dealership for information and Josh was very attentive in getting back to me along with information and picture for at this dealership. I engaged the dealership for information and Josh was very attentive in getting back to me along with information and pictures of the car to me. The price was a couple thousand less than what I had seen so I really didn't need to negotiate much on the price. I decided on the car and flew out to pick it up. Josh arranged for a car to pick me up at the airport and take me to the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership, we immediately took a test drive. From there, Jerry had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. That saved me a lot of time given that I wanted to get on the road for my trip back to CO. After the paperwork, Josh took me to the car and showed me a lot of the features and programmed some of the basics for me. I really appreciated his knowledge of the vehicle and sharing that with me. I would have no problem buying another car from this dealership again. Thanks guys! More
