He followed up after the sale to be sure everything was as promised and to see if we had any other concerns. He was friendly, knowledgable without being overly aggressive and presented the information that I needed to make a reasonable decision. I would unreservedly recommend Joe to anyone wishing to purchase a car. More

Customer Service, Quality of Work, Friendliness, Overall Experience, and Price are all great at this Englewood NJ dealer for Benzel-Busch Motor Car Corp. This is primarily because there was no pressure when it comes on deciding to buy the car. Received smiling greetings from entry at the receptionist to welcoming accommodation from the manager. Bottled water and hot beverages of coffee, chocolate, or tea were handy that made my time spent much pleasurable. That is why i would recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a Mercedes-Benz, this is the place to be. Also, I would highly recommend the dealer employee Joseph Simsek where i got my first new 2011 GLK350 for being helpful and making the buying experience a pleasant one. So, thank you! And, hope to do business with same dealer service again soon for my next vehicle. More

From beginning to end, my experience with this dealership has been outstanding. My sales rep, Joseph Simsek, catered to our every need and by far surpassed my expectations when we purchased a GL 450 for my wife last April. While they insisted on detailing this brand new car before we drive it home, they treated us out to lunch at an italian restaurant down the street. Just yesterday my wife picked up my Christmas gift, 2011 G550, and surprised me with it. She could not have pulled it off without the help of Joseph Simsek and the staff at Benzel. Joseph is extreemly knowledgable, polite and not pushy in any way. Aside from the great service, the prices are unbeatable. This is not the typical car dealership with pushy salespersons that make you feel uncomfortable and pressure you into a purchase. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how I never once felt like I was dealing with the slimeball salesmen who is trying to take advantage of me. I have dealt with those types of dealerships in the past (Prestige Mercedes in Paramus) and only wished I went to Benzel first. This is a very classy dealership, with classy sales reps. Best dealership I have ever seen. Dr. Mark More
