Worst dealership, car buying experience of my entire life. The process took nearly 4 hours to complete after I had been out a previous night and knew what I wanted. One finance guy came out and said i life. The process took nearly 4 hours to complete after I had been out a previous night and knew what I wanted. One finance guy came out and said it would be around 6% (keeping my payment where I needed it)...after 3 plus hours MIKE wanted to skim past it on his computer, but the rate was over 8%!! When I questioned this he said I wish those guys wouldn't give rates out there...so he KNEW I was told something less. The price of the vehicle was more and I was told it was for some paint protection that you don't have a choice in getting and aren't told you are being charged until you are signing papers. THEN my vehicle was a total lemon!! No one would help me and Brent, the Manager did offer me $100 check for all my service visits and inconvenience (only after I was really angry), BUT neglected to say I had to sign a waiver that I would not do a review or pursue them in any way. I ended up having to get an attorney just to get out of that death trap. Even though I had at least 35 videos of the problems in that vehicle and at least 5 trips to their service department with some occasions they kept my vehicle for over a week. So, it was 8-9 months of torture with this vehicle and I should have run out the door at the first signs of incompetence that showed right away with Joseph Rueda. No transparency. Sneaky and sleazy and I will never be back! More
