I had a terrible experience with this dealership and would not recommend them to anyone. I drove over two hours to look at an X3M Competition, only to be met with frustration and dishonesty. During the test drive, I noticed several issues with the car, such as mismatched tires, water in the headlights, curbed wheels, and a missing tow hook cover. I wasn’t even asking for a discount—just pointing out the flaws—but instead of addressing these concerns professionally, the manager became defensive and outright rude. The manager took it upon herself to criticize my trade-in vehicle (which is slightly modified), claiming it would cost her $300 to swap my aftermarket wheels with the factory ones. This is absurd, as the factory wheels already had tires mounted and balanced. Swapping wheels is no different than a basic tire rotation and takes 15-20 minutes max—not two hours, as she falsely claimed. This shows either a complete lack of knowledge about cars or an attempt to manipulate the situation. Before I came to the dealership, I specifically asked if the car had two keys. The manager admitted it didn’t but promised to “throw in” key protection and told me, via text, that after 90 days I could simply report the missing key as “lost” to get a replacement for free. This is blatantly asking a customer to commit fraud, and I have text messages to prove it. Her lack of professionalism and honesty was alarming. The fact that she needs to drive 1.5–2 hours to work because she can’t find a job closer to home should have been a red flag. This dealership needs to replace her or take serious steps to remedy this situation. Save yourself the time and frustration—go elsewhere. More
