Very deceitful, unethical, snakes. Price for truck was listed as 37,120 on car gurus. That is why I went there. No where in the paperwork is that price shown. In fact, it shows the full Price for truck was listed as 37,120 on car gurus. That is why I went there. No where in the paperwork is that price shown. In fact, it shows the full list price. Sales tax was based on this full price. Plus they added an extended warranty and some other warranty thru Ally. Neither of these were requested. Spoke with Lou who said it could be cancelled after we receive the bank and loan # but money would come off the back end of loan. Ridiculous. We called 1st thing the next morning regarding this. Still have not received bank or loan #. So now we’re borrowing 1,000 more than the car gurus price of 37,120 with a down payment of $14,000 and credit score in the 800’s. Just feel xxxxx when going over this with my wife and seeing and now understanding what they did to me. The sales people were very personable and friendly and gained my trust. But very unethical. Don’t know how they can sleep at night. More

Initial review excellent, upon closer review, not as good. Requested service great. "Volunteer" service not good. Discovered (on Interstate) 3 days after service that all 4 tires are underinflated. 3 were not Requested service great. "Volunteer" service not good. Have a few #'s air extra in winter, so when weather gets colder, tires still inflated properly. Car brought from warm shop to cold outside, inflation probably OK in warm shop. Buick monthly maint review shows a few #'s extra air OK. More
