Solid selection. Staff was helpful enough I went at an odd time and day so it was slow. Understandable the end of the day and wanting to goof off, but I felt out of place with the sales associ I went at an odd time and day so it was slow. My sales guy was working on paper work and what not but still made me feel unwanted and a little used. False Advertising Picked a vehicle set appt. to see vehicle brought paperwork, had cosigner with me, I was told nothing they could do for me. That was it. Apparently loan I had almost paid off before accident didn't count. Commercials on radio pack of lies. Even sat and waited for rep. to return from picking up child. Will speak to my legal council about ad and false advertising on next appt. Word of mouth goes a long way, will not recommend . I needed a vehicle because I work long hours and spend most of my time driving from town to town. Because of a accident I have to borrow a car just so I can keep working until the legal issues are completed. All the way around I being punished for no fault of mine. More
