However, the last time I came to the dealership fully prepared with all my numbers, so there wasn’t much room for them to wiggle out, although they tried. This time, they reached out to me with the following promotion: “LUCKY 22 I intend to make this short and to the point. We need to sell 22 new cars between now and the end of business Monday, July 2nd. We have had an incredible month and need only 22 additional sales in order to qualify for substantial Mazda volume incentives to reach our 2018 yearly goals. If we don't reach 22 sales by Monday night, we will miss out on a significant amount of money. In order to ensure that does not happen, we intend to pass on tremendous savings to all potential customers right away. We urge you to be among the lucky 22 to take advantage of this special offer. Act fast. I wish it were not so time sensitive, but it simply is. Contact me directly. Drive your hardest bargain possible. You will not be disappointed. Please call (855) xxx-xxxx to schedule an appointment today. Thank you, General Manager Cory Fairbanks Mazda” So, imagine after communicating with both a manager and a sales representative with all numbers of exactly what “my hardest bargain” was, and at least two responses back to me confirming that “what you are asking is not out of reason” my surprise when we got to the dealership and they basically told me we were $9,000 off and I was crazy for thinking they would have agreed to the terms I had laid out! What really made me angry is that they tried to act stupid that they did not understand the terms I had presented as my offer and told me I was crazy to think they would have sold the car below value...but you can read their email and be the judge. The terms I laid out were: New car $24,000. My terms: $13,500 net financed 60 months, 2.9% interest. Looking only to trade in car worth approximately $2,600 kbb. What can be misunderstood here? On the car we wanted that left a gap of about $8k after corporate rebates. Sure, I expected to have some negotiations, but not to be told, yes we are close and then, you are crazy if we are going to take a loss when I came in. The bottom line is they are still trying to employ the old bait and switch tactics that just waste everybody’s time. They need to wake up that many consumers are educated financially so don’t insult our intelligence. I feel that if you are not educated, don’t shop here because they will take you for as much as they can! Lastly, the internet manager (cannot remember by name, never gave me a card) requested time to review the emails and respond to me to try to make it right. I did not expect a car, but I did expect an apology. I have waited 5 days and not a peep. I am still angry...more so when I went back and re-read their promo “Lucky 22” email. They tried to make me feel stupid for asking for the deal I did; but they mislead me in their email and then continued to lead me on to get us in. No apology, no I see how you were mislead and we are taking steps to set it right....just a try to shut her up and get her out of here and move on to the next rube attitude is what I got. Dealing with their ingenuousness is not the way I want to waste my time again. Let the buyer beware! More

I have purchased two Mazdas so far (the other being a CX9) and now because of the consistant excellent service, my daughter is looking at purchasing a 2015 CX5. I have dealt with Jose, John, and Logan in sales as well as Bill and Jimmy in service, and am always pleased with the professionalism and excellence performed at Corey Fairbanks Mazda. I used to be a loyal GM guy.... no more! More

Then we went to Cory Fairbanks Mazda where we had purchased three other Mazda's over the last 20 years. We should have gone there first!!! I tried looking for cars on Craig'slist and other local listings. But the wonderful sales employees and the good treatment made me think of Corey Fairbanks. So back to Corey's to look for another car. I arrive unknowling to them having another $99.00 car sales. Not believing that lightening would strike twice. I went ahead anyway and looked among the great used cars they had for sale and to make a long story sharp. I purchased a 2000 malibu for $99.00. Did I tell you the first time. There are no car lots - like Corey's Fairbank's lots. They really do treat you right. The sales staff are informative, friendly and professional. The management is very visible and always checking to see how they can help get you- in your new car. I find myself reommending them to friends for car purchases all the time. More

Brian was nice, friendly and professional. I arrived that Saturday morning about an hour earlier than the 9:00 am time listed in the ad. It was very cold. I was reluctant to get out in the weather. But once out to my dismays. There was lots of hot coffe and fresh baked cookies to keep me warm. Of course, Brian was there to greet me and help me with my used car solution. It was not my intention to buy a $99.00. But, thinking it was a scam. I went for it and lo and behold. I ended up with a 2005 Black Impala, nice paint job, clean interior, all for less than a hundred dollars. But, the car lot acted like I had just purchased a 2014 top of the line vehicle. I was given the red carpet treatment. It was now lunch time and while waiting for my car to be detailed and gassed up (yes gas). I was treated to a lunch of grilled burgers, hot dogs and drinks. At Cory Fairbanks and Mazda, they make the watching my budget, pinching pennies, customers feel at home too. I like that place More
