I had a pleasant experience with the sales person, Jayden Jackson. José is the finance member that I met with.land he was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised when my vehicle came in early. Jayden made the appointment for 1 o’clock the next day. When I arrived, he was ready for me. It probably took possibly 15 minutes for the test drive and the paperwork that he needed to do. However, I waited three hours on someone to meet with me from the finance team. When I first arrived, it seemed very busy. After the first 45 minutes to an hour, there was hardly anybody in there but me. I believe this is a tactic that is used by the finance department/dealerships. Most working people don’t want to take off any more time so they just want to finish. When I finally did get to the finance department there were lots of add-ons for extra dollars that I did not want. I’m retired, so I didn’t have anything to lose. I didn’t have to say yes I could’ve said no and gone somewhere else. I had to make arrangements for someone else pick up my grandchildren from school because of the length of time it took. Either way, whether it was a three hour wait that was honest, or whether it was a sales tactic, that part was a bad experience. Other than that, I would have given my experience of 5 star rating. No detail clean on cars before they leave the dealership under the hood was dirty. The receptionist that takes calls when the service department is busy has issues. Sales person was great.
