I have purchased 5 vehicles in the last year and a half and they were by far the best experience to date. They treat you like a valued customer. Many dealers I've dealt with treated my like another number because of how hot the market is. I never felt rushed or like I was unimportant. I did have to pay a market adjustment they masked as a package which included floor liners and splash guards, but I didn't find it super unreasonable. It surely was far less than the vast majority of other dealers are charging. I just wish they were a little more transparent that its a market adjustment that also includes some additions.
